We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 1 working day unless stock is temporarily unavailable, in which case you will be advised by return Email. We ship all orders Freight FREE with Australia Post as our main carrier for domestic and International Orders. International orders are sent Air Mail unless special EMS Internation Courier service is selected. |

Credit Card processing is not done while online. Your credit card details are immediately forwarded to us through special secure encryption, however we do not process the invoiced amount until ready to dispatch.

| Returns/ Refund Policy |
| All faulty/damaged goods will be replaced by the merchant and return of goods will be arranged at no charge to the customer. We accept return of any unopened goods up to 1 month from date of invoice, providing shipping costs to and from the customer are borne by the customer. After receipt of returned goods, a refund will be issued on original credit card and record of credit will be notified to customer by Email or Post. All other returns need to be applied for in writing to the merchant |
